BUILDING REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 30

For the purposes of clause 7(2) of Schedule 2 to the Act, the following are prescribed reporting authorities—

        (a)     the chief officer;

        (b)     a relevant council;

        (c)     a relevant service authority;

        (d)     a relevant electricity supply authority.
