Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsA building practitioner registered under Part 11 of the Act who is, or is to be, specified as the builder in a building permit must notify the owner of a building or land to which the building permit relates and the relevant building surveyor within 14 days after any change in the name or address of the building practitioner specified in the permit.
Penalty: 10 penalty units.
