BAIL REGULATIONS 2022 - REG 8

For the purposes of section 17 of the Act—

        (a)     a section 17 notice must be in Form 4; and

Reg. 8(b) amended by S.R. No. 8/2024 reg. 7.

        (b)     a bail undertaking must be accompanied by a section 17 notice.

Note

Section 17 notice is defined in section 3 of the Act.
