BUS SAFETY REGULATIONS 2020 - REG 23

Conduct of audits

An accredited bus operator must—

        (a)     complete an audit at least annually of the management information system and the maintenance management system maintained by the bus operator to identify any deficiencies in those systems; and

        (b)     rectify any identified deficiencies.
