Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A licensee must ensure that a trust ledger account maintained in the licensee's name or the conveyancing business's name is used only for the purpose of aggregating in the account, by transfer from other accounts in the trust ledger, money properly due to the licensee for costs.
(2) A licensee who maintains a trust ledger account referred to in subregulation (1) must ensure that the money in the trust ledger account is withdrawn from the general trust account not later than one month after the day on which the money was transferred to the trust ledger account.
