Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsFor the purposes of the definition of authorised classifier in section 51A(1) of the Crimes Act 1958 , members of Victoria Police personnel who have undertaken training conducted by Victoria Police in the examination of random samples of seized material (within the meaning of section 51V(9) of the Crimes Act 1958 ) and the certification of findings as to the nature and content of the samples are prescribed.
