Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) These Rules constitute Chapter I of the Rules of the County Court and are entitled the County Court Civil Procedure Rules 2018 .
(2) The object of these Rules is to remake with amendments Chapter I of the Rules relating to procedure in civil proceedings in the County Court.
