Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsA plaintiff who enters or obtains judgment against a defendant in accordance with this Order may enforce the judgment and continue the proceeding against any other defendant, but in a proceeding for the recovery of land against more than one defendant a judgment for possession of the land shall not be enforced against any defendant unless judgment for possession has been entered or given against all defendants.
