COUNTY COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2018 - REG 28.06

Production to the Court of a document in a proceeding shall be obtained by filing a notice to produce the document—

        (a)     in the office of the Registrar; or

        (b)     where the document is in an office of the Court outside Melbourne, in that office.
