COUNTY COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2018 - REG 37A.04
Respondent need not be party to proceeding
The Court may make a freezing order or an ancillary order against a
respondent, whether or not the respondent is a party to a proceeding in which
substantive relief is sought against the respondent.
