Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A receiver may apply to the Court for directions by summons stating the matters on which directions are required.
(2) Unless the Court otherwise orders, the
receiver shall serve a copy of the summons and of any affidavit in support on
any person who may be affected.
