Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) Where any person to whom a summons is addressed fails to attend, the Court may hear the application if satisfied that the summons was duly served.
(2) Where on an application by summons the applicant fails to attend, the Court may dismiss the application or make such other order as it thinks fit.
