Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) In an administration proceeding or a proceeding within Rule 54.02 the Court may make any order and grant any relief to which the plaintiff is entitled by reason of any breach of trust, wilful default or other misconduct of the defendant notwithstanding that the proceeding was commenced by originating motion.
(2) Paragraph (1) does not limit the power of the Court under Rule 4.07(1).
