Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A judgment given or an order made by the Court shall bear the date of and shall take effect on and from the day it is given or made, unless the Court otherwise orders.
(2) Any other judgment shall bear the date of and shall take effect on and from the day it is authenticated in accordance with Order 60A.
