COUNTY COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2018 - REG 71.10

Dispute of liability by garnishee

If on the hearing of the garnishee summons the garnishee disputes liability to pay the debt attached, the Court may—

        (a)     determine the question of liability; or

        (b)     give directions for the trial of the question.
