shall, unless the Court otherwise orders, be retained by the judgment creditor
out of the money recovered by the judgment creditor from the garnishee in
priority to the debt under the judgment in respect of which the application
arose and interest accrued thereon and any money recoverable under
section 107(1) of the Service and Execution of Process Act 1992 of the
Commonwealth.
