COUNTY COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2018 - REG 73.03

    (1)     The Court may, on the application of a judgment creditor, order that a charging summons be filed and served.

    (2)     A judgment creditor may apply for an order under paragraph (1) without notice to any person.
