Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The Court, on the application of any person claiming a beneficial interest in any stock of a corporation, other than stock in court, may by order prohibit or restrict the corporation from registering any transfer of the whole or any part of the stock or from paying any dividend or interest on the stock.
(2) The Court may vary or discharge an order made
under paragraph (1).
