COUNTY COURT CIVIL PROCEDURE RULES 2018 - REG 75.05

    (1)     This Part applies to—

        (a)     contempt of court committed in the face of the Court;

        (b)     any other contempt of the Court;

    (2)     In the case of contempt of court committed in the face of the Court, the procedure under this Part is alternative to that under Part 2.
