Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) Unless the Court otherwise orders, costs incurred by a judgment creditor in endeavouring to enforce a judgment are recoverable under an order or judgment.
(2) Unless the Court otherwise orders, if the amount for which judgment is given is less than $1000, no costs shall be allowed.
