COUNTY COURT MISCELLANEOUS RULES 2019 - REG 16.01

    (1)     This Order applies to applications to the Court under the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1996 .

    (2)     In this Order, "the Act" means the Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act 1996 .
