Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An application under section 18(1) of the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014 by a person referred to in section 18(1)(b) or (c) of that Act for leave to apply for an extended litigation restraint order that relates to intervention order legislation must be in Form 3.
(2) An application referred to in this Rule—
(a) must be supported by an affidavit; and
(b) must be made without notice to any person unless the Court orders otherwise.
