Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An application under section 65(2) of the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2014 , by a person subject to an extended litigation restraint order that relates to intervention order legislation, to vary or revoke the order must be in Form 12.
(2) In addition, a copy of the order granting leave to apply to vary or revoke the extended litigation restraint order must be attached to the application.
