CHARITIES REGULATIONS 2015 - REG 6

For the purposes of section 7F(2)(c) of the Charities Act 1978 , the relevant prescribed fee for an application to the Attorney-General for approval that Part IA of that Act applies to trustees of eligible property in respect of that property is—

        (a)     if the total value of the corpus of the property is less than $25 000—$250; or

        (b)     if the total value of the corpus of the property is $25 000 or more but less than $100 000—$600; or

        (c)     if the total value of the corpus of the property is $100 000 or more—$750.
