Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purpose of section 58AC(2)(e) of the Act, the prescribed fee for an application for the grant or renewal of a commercial dog breeder approval is 200 fee units.

(2) The Minister may waive in whole or in part a fee payable under subregulation (1), if the Minister is of the opinion special circumstances apply in a particular case.
