DOMESTIC ANIMALS REGULATIONS 2015 - REG 48G

    (1)     For the purposes of section 58M(2)(b) of the Act, the prescribed application fee is—

        (a)     in the case of a not-for-profit entity, 2 fee units; or

        (b)     in any other case, 12 fee units.

    (2)     If the Minister is of the opinion that there are special circumstances in a particular case, the Minister may waive the application fee for an animal sale permit for an applicant that is a not-for-profit entity.
