DOMESTIC ANIMALS REGULATIONS 2015 - REG 51

    (1)     The regulations specified in Column 2 of Table 2 in Schedule 5 are prescribed for the purposes of Part 7B of the Act.

    (2)     For the purposes of section 88 of the Act, the infringement penalty for an offence against the regulations specified in Column 2 of Table 2 in Schedule 5 is the amount specified in Column 3 of that table opposite that regulation.
