DANGEROUS GOODS (TRANSPORT BY ROAD OR RAIL) REGULATIONS 2018 - REG 134

Meaning of required emergency information

In this Division—

"required emergency information" means—

        (a)     emergency information that complies with Chapter 11.2 of the ADG Code; or

        (b)     emergency information that is approved under regulation 140.
