Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The licensing authority may, by written notice, require a person to whom a licence has been issued to produce the licence to the licensing authority.
(2) The person must produce the licence to the licensing authority within 14 days after the day when the notice is given to the person.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 6 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 30 penalty units.
