Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A licensee authorised to store explosives above prescribed quantities must construct a security fence that surrounds the storage premises or the area in which 2 or more such storages are sited above ground.
(2) The fence must be constructed in accordance with the requirements of AS 2187.1.
(3) Subregulation (1) does not apply in respect of storage premises used solely to store explosives of Classification Code 1.4S.
