Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 62(2)(b) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 , the prescribed application fee is 30 fee units.
(2) For the purposes of section 67(1)(b) of the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances Act 1981 , the prescribed fee is 9·5 fee units.
