Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) A provider of school boarding services at a Government school boarding premises must develop a policy for student engagement for the students boarding at the premises.
(2) The provider must develop the policy in consultation with, and have regard to the rights and responsibilities of, students boarding at the premises, parents of students and staff of the provider in developing the policy.
