EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 41
Revocation or amendment of delegation
(1) The school council may at any time, in
writing, revoke or amend a delegation.
(2) Regulation 40 applies to the revocation or
amendment of a delegation.
