Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) On receiving a written request signed by at least 6 parents of students at a Government school, the principal of the school must convene a meeting for the purpose of forming a parents' club.
(2) The principal must take reasonable steps to circulate a notice to inform the school community of the meeting under subregulation (1) at least 14 days before the meeting.
(3) Any member of the school community may attend the meeting.
