Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The parent who will be responsible for the home schooling of a student must, if requested by or on behalf of the Authority, provide further information, within the period and in the manner and form specified in the request, to allow the Authority to assess whether it is appropriate to register the student for home schooling.
(2) The Authority may refuse to register a student for home schooling if, in the Authority's opinion, insufficient information has been provided by the parent in response to a request made under subregulation (1).
