EDUCATION AND TRAINING REFORM REGULATIONS 2017 - REG 87

    (1)     For the purposes of section 4.3.11 of the Act, the prescribed minimum standards for registration of a person or body that proposes to award, confer or issue a registered senior secondary qualification or a registered foundation secondary qualification are set out in Schedule 9.

    (2)     For the purposes of section 4.3.11 of the Act, the prescribed minimum standards for registration of a registered education and training organisation that proposes to award, confer or issue a registered senior secondary qualification or a registered foundation secondary qualification in addition to any other registered qualification that the organisation is registered on the State Register to award or issue are set out in Schedule 9.

Note

The minimum standards set out in Schedule 9 do not apply to a registered vocational education and training qualification.
