Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The person who is responsible for the carrying out of electrical installation work must, in accordance with this regulation, give electronic notification of completion of the certificate of compliance (other than a certificate of compliance that is part of a periodic certificate of electrical safety) to Energy Safe Victoria within 2 business days after that completion.
Penalty: 20 penalty units.
(2) The notification must be given in a manner approved by Energy Safe Victoria.
