FORESTS (TOUR OPERATOR LICENCE FEE) REGULATIONS 2021 - REG 4

For the purposes of section 57G of the Act, an applicant for a standard licence is not required to pay a fee under that section but is required to pay an annual licence fee under regulation 5 if granted that licence.
