Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 114 of the Act, the use of a coff or cage to hold fish during the period specified as the closed season for that species of fish is prohibited throughout Victoria.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply to the use of—
(a) a coff to store rock lobster, if the storage is authorised under a rock lobster fishery access licence; and
(b) a coff or cage to store fish, if the use of the coff or cage for that purpose is authorised under an aquaculture licence.
