Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purposes of section 67(1) of the Act, the taking of trout cod from Victorian waters, other than trout cod waters, is prohibited.
(2) For the purposes of section 67(1) of the Act, the possession of trout cod in, on or next to Victorian waters, other than trout cod waters, is prohibited.
