Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The licence holder, when using a mesh net, must be in attendance at all times when the net is in the water.
(2) The licence holder must be in attendance at all times when a fishing operation for banded morwong is being conducted under the licence.
