FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 179

A Corner Inlet Fishery Access Licence authorises the licence holder to carry out the following activities—

        (a)     the taking for sale, in or on Corner Inlet, of fish (other than abalone, giant crab, jellyfish, pipi, rock lobster, scallop and sea urchin);

        (b)     the use or possession, in or on Corner Inlet, of a commercial hoop net, longline, seine net, mesh net, bait pump, fishing line and hooks;

        (c)     the engagement of no more than one licence operator and one or more crew members.
