FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 190

Fyke net to be used for taking eels

The licence holder must not use equipment other than a fyke net to take—

        (a)     eel, goldfish, roach or tench; or

        (b)     carp or any other noxious aquatic species.
