FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 257

Use or possession of purse seine and lampara nets

The licence holder must not—

        (a)     use in or on marine waters, a purse seine net or lampara net exceeding 460 metres in length; or

        (b)     possess in, on or next to marine waters, a purse seine net or lampara net exceeding 460 metres in length.
