Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsFor the purposes of section 114 of the Act, the use of any equipment other than an abalone tool or catch bag to take abalone is prohibited throughout Victoria.
Note
Contravention of the prohibition in this regulation is an offence under section 114(3) of the Act. A penalty of 100 penalty units or 6 months imprisonment or both applies.
