FISHERIES REGULATIONS 2019 - REG 315

Shucking of abalone prohibited

    (1)     The licence holder must not—

        (a)     shuck abalone; or

        (b)     possess shucked abalone.

    (2)     The licence holder must ensure that any person acting on the licence holder's behalf does not—

        (a)     shuck abalone; or

        (b)     possess shucked abalone.
