Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated RegulationsThe licence holder must keep in a safe place at all times any of the following documents that is required to be kept, retained or maintained by the licence holder under the Act or the regulations under the Act—
(a) a fisheries document;
(b) a copy of a fisheries document.
Note
Under section 120B of the Act, a person must keep any document that the person is required under the Act (which includes these Regulations) to keep for a period of 3 years after various dates set out in that section. A maximum penalty of 60 penalty units applies if a person contravenes that section.
