Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) The licence holder, on any one day, must not take, possess, retain on board or land from a boat, fish of a species set out in Column 2 of Table A in Schedule 18 in a quantity that exceeds the catch limit set out in Column 3 of that Table corresponding to that species of fish.
(2) Despite subregulation (1), the licence holder, on any one day, must not take, possess, retain on board or land from a boat, more than a total of 400 kilograms of fish of any one or more species of fish specified in Column 2 of Table A in Schedule 18.
