Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) For the purpose of the definition of registration fee in section 3 of the Act, the prescribed fee for registration of an infringement fine under section 16(3) is 5·21 fee units.
(2) The following persons are exempt from the registration fee specified in subregulation (1)—
(a) a police officer acting in the course of the officer's duty;
(b) a person acting for or by
authority of the Crown.
