Victorian Consolidated Regulations Victorian Consolidated Regulations(1) An applicant for appointment by Fire Rescue Victoria must provide Fire Rescue Victoria with any necessary authority for Fire Rescue Victoria to conduct a criminal record search and any other enquiries about the applicant that are relevant to the applicant's suitability for appointment.
(2) An applicant for appointment as an employee of Fire Rescue Victoria must satisfy a medical officer approved by Fire Rescue Victoria of the applicant's fitness for service in the role for which the application is made.
Division 2—Fitness for duty
